New Play Equipment South Petherwin

We recently installed a new play area for the lovely people at South Petherwin Parish Council. Here we have a Mini Pick n Mix unit that is going to keep the little ones challenged until they are ready to move up to the big stuff. We then have the Traversing Wall/Spiders Web net which compliments their existing Climbing Frame with some additional activities. There are some fun rubber mushrooms, a Sailing Boat and a large Climbing Net which we bought in and installed for them. We are totally honest about where our products come from and this customer knew who…

Big Red Tommy Play Tractor

Cartole Cottages near Pelynt in Cornwall bought one of our Tractors which they named Big Red. Sam from the office caught up with Mr Bowyer recently to ask him a few questions about the equipment they bought. (Q) What first attracted you to our play tractor? (A) We thought it was unusual. (Q) Why did you choose a tractor? (A) Our cottages are in a rural setting surrounded by fields, so we thought it was appropriate. (Q) What made you choose Outdoor Play People as your chosen supplier? (A) You're a local firm and the equipment is well built. (Q)…

Bespoke Tower System – The Olde House

The Olde House offer self-catering, farm cottages in North Cornwall. They are delighted with their new Tower Play System, supplied by us. With so many different ways to get up and come down, it really is great fun for children of all ages. The new play frame has replaced the old wooden frame and the big tree. The combine, Wendy house and sea-saw are remaining and given a spruce up with a lick of paint. There is a large open space in the play area now, which for this summer will remain empty, except for a picnic bench. They hope…

The Royal Cornwall Show – 2014

What a fabulous 2014 show! The Royal Cornwall Show 2014 was fabulous! The weather held off and it was so lovely to chat and drink gallons of tea and coffee with so many of our customers and friends old and new and - all being well - future too. What was also really great was having customers visit us just to tell us how much they love the equipment we have installed for them. It is always good to hear how our kit is doing as we put our hearts and souls in to this. It was lovely to see…

Lost Wind Shifter – Hayle, Cornwall

Beachside Holiday Park at Hayle took advantage of the special offer of the Lost Wind Shifter from a leaflet we sent to Holiday Parks in February and have had this beautiful boat installed in time for the Easter break. Queen Mary now overlooks St Ives Bay and our customer is not only delighted with the boat and the installation but they are also getting great feedback from their customers. The activity packed ship offers climbing, traversing and role play as well as a fun place to hang out and imagine exciting ocean adventures with new friends. We have an exceptional…

Padstow – Cornwall

Life Boat Rescue Centre Padstow Touring Park got in touch and loved the idea of the Barn Towers for some sheltered play. During discussions between ourselves and the customer it became apparent that a Life Boat Station would be perfect for the location. We went away, did some research, came up with a design and here she is. With 6 towers and linking bridges, spiral climber, fireman’s pole, slide, horizontal and vertical climbing bars, traversing wall, ramp and vertical pull-up ramp, the Padstow Lifeboat Station is jam packed with play value. We absolutely love it! If you have an exciting…
